Baseline Inc. is looking for a highly motivated individual to serve as our Sales Administrator. Baseline designs, manufactures, and markets a unique line of technologically advanced irrigation control systems.
The successful candidate will have proven experience in coordinating day-to-day sales and marketing administration tasks, including managing a CRM platform, (includes gathering data, generating reports, and ensuring constant data integrity), supporting an external sales team, and coordinating ongoing marketing communication activities. Candidate must be results oriented, highly organized, possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills, and have a demonstrated ability to balance competing priorities and ensure completion of individual projects.
Qualifications
Five (5) or more years experience in Sales & Marketing support or related customer service roles, proficiency in MS Office applications, and demonstrated experience with overseeing a web-based CRM platform is required. A Bachelor’s degree (B.A / B.S.) from a four-year college or university is highly desirable.
Position is full time, salary $6.55-12/hr DOE
