JOB DESCRIPTION

Position is in McCall Idaho
Two weekend a month at minimum
Ski around the mountain shooting action shots as well as group and posed photo’s. Communicate with customers and potential customers where photo’s are available.
Cover specific mountain events

All photos are processed and sales are made for you at our Photo Viewing Kiosks

TOOLS PROVIDED

A pass is provided for the photographer
Marketing tools (stickers and business cards)
Coats are provided with a cleaning and return deposit

TOOLS REQUIRED BY PHOTOGRAPHER

DIGITAL SLR CAMERA (DO NOT RESPOND IF THIS REQUIREMENT IS NOT MET)
LENSES at least a 70-200mm Zoom preferably high end glass like
ABILITY TO SKI OR SNOWBOARD (DO NOT RESPOND IF THIS REQUIREMENT IS NOT MET)
SOME PHOTOGRAPHIC EXPERIENCE (ability to shoot in adverse conditions and LOW LIGHT Necessary)
A CAMERA CARRYING PACK
OUTGOING AND FUN ATTITUDE (THIS IS A MUST)

Position for User Experience Manager available on contract (Possibility for converting to Full Time )


The Interaction Designer is accountable for the following activities:

-Assists in the creation and execution of the product vision and road map.

-Gathers and documents product and project requirements for the user interface.

-Prototype potential solutions for approval.

-Present prototypes to various audiences for approval.

-Leads all aspects of user testing and validation.

-Communicates user interface requirements to the Development Team.

-Coordinates efforts with other Interaction Designers that have connections or overlap with their project.

-Ensures that the user experience of the end product meets the original intent and is of the highest possible quality.


Requirements:
-Expert knowledge and application of Design tools including Photoshop, Fireworks, Illustrator, etc.

-Agile, Scrum methodology and processes

-General knowledge and skill in web standards development and best practices (i.e. XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.)

-General knowledge in rich-media development platforms, including: Flash/Flex, WPF/Silverlight, etc.

-General knowledge in server-side technologies, including: JSP, Xquery, etc.
