Administrative Assistant to perform a broad range of administrative duties with minimal instruction or supervision. Duties include maintaining database; coordinating special events; assisting with proposal preparation; making travel arrangements; word processing and proofreading; scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes; and maintaining a professional and effective office environment. This position requires the ability to learn about all aspects of the organization, prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment, and switch between projects fairly constantly and quickly. Primary Responsibilities:
� With the use of media research tools develop and execute sound, well-thought-out media plans based on client marketing direction
� Manage the flow of client media-related issues based on changes in direction, goals, and budgets
� Be aware of the need to create solutions and resolve problems
� Maintain a budget and ensure execution of media plans by reviewing approved media schedules, developing buy specs and monitoring buys/schedules
� Establish and maintain good rapport with media sales representatives and vendors
� Explore media alternatives and be creative in recommending media solutions

Candidates should possess the following:
� Bachelors degree (required)
� 2+ years of agency media planning experience (preferred)
� Strong mathematical and analytical abilities
� Strong written and presentation skills
� Must be extremely accurate and detail-oriented
