We have great references, but we have credit issues, and every place we have looked at seems to need a credit check. We will not pass, because of my job loss (when the company I worked for ended up with 480 billion dollars missing), we are losing our home. I do not want to move, I love the neighborhood and my house, but we cannot afford to live here. This has been a heartbreaking experience, which has been difficult for my family to stick together, in this stressful time. My oldest has made friendships here and does not like the thought of us moving, and it is breaking our hearts to see him in pain like this, but the situation is forcing us too.

I am looking for a 3 bedroom rental, I am a mother of 5 girls (a couple are out on there own, so will not be living with us) ,and am going thru a divorce after 21 years of marriage. Even though we have not lived together for over two years, I have learned the hard way that our credit rating is one and the same. My buddies and I have decided to get a place together and we are currently looking for that place in advance. We won't be able to move into a home until the end of the school year but we want to be ready and know what home we are planning on renting to make sure we will be prepared for move in day. The type of home we are looking for needs to be a house within walking distance or short biking distance of both Boise State University and Downtown Boise. The home needs to be available for lease between the months of April-June, and there need to be 3-4 rooms making rent for each room between $200-$250 a month each. Then last qualification is that the home needs to allow dogs, even if there are limitations on paces the dog can be, as long as there is a backyard and areas to keep them. We are in no rush to get a place set, but for those individuals that have a place available between the months described it can be very possible to set up some sort of payment plan for the months leading to the lease just for the owners interest.
