I'm 23 with 2 kids and i have a roommate that is the best. My father however wants me to get a new place one of my own I have never had a lease before and i do not have good credit. So he is going to pay the first months rent and a deposit for me. I need it to be some place that i can take my kids to not some place that is falling apart but still in my price range. if w/s/t/ is paid that would be better. So please help me out i can not pay a app. fee i believe that it will be a wast of time and money. So if you have a place for me that would be Great!!! Please i need to give him a price by the 9th of November! so please get back to me asap
