We are looking for a home in the Nampa area, but are opened to other possibilities. We can afford $650 comfortably, and maybe go up to $700.
We have great references, but we have credit issues, and every place we have looked at seems to need a credit check. We will not pass, because of my job loss (when the company I worked for ended up with 480 billion dollars missing), we are losing our home. I do not want to move, I love the neighborhood and my house, but we cannot afford to live here. This has been a heartbreaking experience, which has been difficult for my family to stick together, in this stressful time. My oldest has made friendships here and does not like the thought of us moving, and it is breaking our hearts to see him in pain like this, but the situation is forcing us too.
My family is a total of seven: Dad, mom, our 9 year old cat, our 2 years old Cocker Spaniel, and our three boys (ages 10, 4, 2). Rizzo, has been my oldest son's cat since he was a baby and we would not be able to live without her. She is trained and is very well behaved. We do have a small Cocker Spaniel, but I have found a loving home for him I could give him too, if I needed too.
I am looking for work, as well as, attending college. All can pass a criminal background check, which has never been an issue, since none of us has ever been in trouble with the law and have worked with individuals with disabilities.
