Our loan details:
• As of 12/1/2009 our loan balance was $12,238, with about 6 years left on the loan.
• The interest is tax deductible (similar to your home mortgage)
• We pay $236/month on the loan and approximately $35/month in maintenance dues (the maintenance dues are paid quarterly).
• Once you assume the loan I would recommend you find another source of financing to bring down the interest rate and pay this off quicker. My wife is still kicking me that I never did that! :)
