Experienced Call Center Representatives needed!
Requirements:
• Must have One Year experience in an inbound/outbound call center
• Must have excellent job stability
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Web applications, and outlook required
• Background in benefits administration, insurance, or health care organizations preferred
• Must be able to type 35+ words per minute
• High School diploma or equivalent degree required
• Excellent active listening and probing skills
• Superb verbal and written skills
Responsibilities:
• Answer incoming calls from client’s employees and vendors
• Investigate and resolve caller’s issues.
• Accurately record information and case histories.
• Answer questions regarding health, welfare, financial and other company provided benefits to callers and/or their dependents.
