The Idaho Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (IDVR) intends to amend the current State Plan Attachments for 2010 for the State Vocational Rehabilitation Services Program. IDVR is seeking public comment.

The draft of the State Plan Amendment regarding the enactment of specific third party agreements may be reviewed at the following locations:

1. Via the Internet at the IDVR Web Site located at http://www.vr.idaho.gov. The document is listed under draft State Plan Amendment for 2010.

2. At regional offices located in each of the following cities/towns: Coeur d’Alene, Lewiston, Boise, Twin Falls, Pocatello, Idaho Falls, and Caldwell.
Dates of review: October 27-29, 2009 from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Individuals who require special assistance to review the materials should contact the IDVR Central Administrative Office by October 21, 2009 to request the necessary arrangements.
