My candles are highly scented but not overpowering. They burn clean and even using almost all of the wax. I use only soy wax, not a parrafin blend and all of my wicks are cotton.

I try to keep my candles as natural as possible and don't use any dyes and all of my fragrances are PHTHALATE-FREE! Phthalates are a chemical compound that are used to spread fragrances. They are found in many household products including cosmetics and skin care products, cleaning products and even candles. Phthalates are known to have harmful effects on your health and should be avoided whenever possible. Anything containing fragrance could contain phthalates, but now that the word on phthalates is spreading, there are many products available that are phthalate-free.

For those of you who are new to soy wax.

Soy candles last 50% longer than candles made of petroleum-based paraffin, the ingredient found in most candles. They also burn slower and cooler (helping to better distribute fragrance), are non-toxic, less likely to trigger allergies, clean up with soap and water, and produce very little soot. These factors tend to make them more animal and child-friendly than traditional candles.

Soy wax is also a favorite of environmentally conscious consumers. Made from American-grown soybeans, it's biodegradable, a renewable resource, and from a global point of view, it supports the U.S. economy instead of foreign oil conglomerates.

Note: Product may vary slightly, I use the same paper for each scent, but due to the way I cut the, they are not all precise but uniquely similar. I'm very particular how they look and promise they will look beautiful.

This is an original scratch-art squirrel picture signed (or rather, scratched) by the original artist. I love this type of black-and-white art. It just looks so cool! This picture is approximately 8 1/2 x 11 inches. The frame (wood) was originally stained brown, but I painted it black and coated it with a protective layer of polyurethane to keep the paint from coming off. There is a hanging feature on the back to hang the picture on a nail on the wall. Good for a Christmas present for someone who loves art and nature. Or keep it for yourself. :) ~~~ $25 or best offer. My super-quilter sister is selling her Singer Featherweight 221 sewing machine - just in time to make another quilter deliriously happy on Christmas morning!

This machine has been carefully used and cared for and is in fine working condition. It has been idle for the two years since its last servicing, so is probably due for another tune-up. Included is the original case which is in very good condition. The handle is worn but still sturdy. A real bonus is the fact that it comes with the book "Featherweight 221: The Perfect Portable: Appreciating, Finding and Using the Singer Model 221 Featherweight Portable Sewing Machine," by Nancy Johnson-Srebro. This book contains the original operating manual instructions, with photographs! This book is out of print and used copies sell for around $20. The machine could sell for $375 without the book.

Serial number on this machine is AH 059192 which indicates that it was manufactured in 1948. The gold emblem on the front is in perfect condition, and the silver faceplate is the very attractive "scrollwork" design, and not the simple "striated" design of later years. The black finish shows the natural wear of many years of use, but is in good condition. Several attachments are included - see picture.

Holiday Gift Bazzar/Garage Sale was snowed out last week end , so we will try again this weekend - Friday December 18 and Saturday December 19 starting at 9 AM till 4 PM - 5034 South Tinker Street (between Cole and Maple Grove off of Desert)

I am having a Holiday Gift Bazaar in the house - (enter through the garage) Decorator towels including BSU orange and blue, tea towels, dish towels, hats, bags, damn-it dolls and potholders to name a few things.

This darling Tin Woodman is a perfect Christmas gift that will delight any Wizard of OZ fan, and even those who are not afficianados of the movie will enjoy this garden ornament.

Made of cans with sturdy all thread joints, with nuts that have been thread locked into place, this guy won't fall apart in tough weather. This Tin Woodman has been double primed and double painted to withstand storms and inclemant weather, but bringing him in for the winter wouldn't be a bad idea.

The Tin Woodman stands 25" tall and is 12" wide at the shoulders, and he comes with a generous 4' of hanging wire.
